My name is Nick Vagnetti, I am a Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer at Union Home Mortgage Corp. I have over 13 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University. I feel my success is attributed to the relationships I build with my clients as well as my honest dedication to each and every one. I consider myself to be a no-nonsense professional who is highly efficient, thorough and very importantly - an extreme problem solver. At Union Home Mortgage Corp, we offer a wide range of mortgage products, such as Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, & USDA loans. We offer down payment assistance for first-time home buyers (for those that qualify) and 203K renovation loans for distressed properties that qualify. The value I offer to my clients is based on my solid knowledge of the options as well as the ability to correctly and appropriately match loan options with my client and their situation and then to effectively and clearly communicate the ins and outs to ensure comfort and confidence.
I have lived in Michigan my whole life, attended MSU, recently was married and even more recently became "Daddy" to my baby girl, Vivian Marie. My desire to succeed in my career has mostly been led purely by my own inner drive, however now with my growing family at hand, I am more determined and motivated than ever to achieve success for myself which is based on the success of my clients.
