Karen Moreno started with Union Home Mortgage straight out of college back in 2017 as a loan officer assistant. At that time, she assisted with marketing and as years passed, she learned more about the mortgage industry. Karen transitioned to a Loan officer in 2021 after having had ample experience from start to finish with all loan types. As a bilingual speaker (who speaks Spanish and English) Karen has plenty of experience with borrowers who are citizens, permanent residents, and VISA holders. She is very well versed on the type of documentation needed for VISA type borrowers.
Karen was born in raised in the town of Holland Michigan, well known for their tulip time parade. Spending most of her life in Holland, Karen knows the town like the back of her hand. She attended Zeeland West and Hope College and now works between Holland and Grand Rapids. Karen calls western Michigan her home and has helped borrowers purchase homes as far as Lansing, Detroit, and Central Michigan.
