Union Home Mortgage adds Construction-to-Perm products to its lineup

STRONGSVILLE, Ohio - With today’s low housing inventory, for many, the answer is to build. To help fill the void, UHM offers a 90% Construction-to-Perm (C2P) loan, creating a strong rapport with builders.

To bring a higher level of service, UHM is excited to announce C2P product enhancements – now available at 95% LTV and with a lower, 680 credit-score requirement. Plus, they added to their product offering with a new FHA 96.5% LTV C2P product to fulfill the needs of borrowers, builders and Realtors alike.
