The 100% financing program helps lenders collaborate with eligible households living in rural areas to make homeownership a reality.

The national ranking comes on the heels of UHM garnering top-five finishes in four Midwestern states in the same USDA Rural Development loan program category. The company topped the state rankings in Ohio and Pennsylvania, while placing fourth in Michigan and fifth in West Virginia.
